Agreement

By accessing or using Rai services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Responsible Engineering Ab, a company registered in Finland.

Services

Rai provides open source AI infrastructure tools, including Rai Shield and related services. Our software is available under open source licenses (MPL and LGPL), and these terms govern your use of our hosted services, website, and communications.

Open source software is provided under its respective license terms, which take precedence over these terms where applicable.

Early access

Early access services are provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. Features may change, and we may limit or discontinue access at any time. Early access does not guarantee future availability or pricing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use our services to harm others

Intellectual property

Our open source software is available under MPL and LGPL licenses. The Rai name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Responsible Engineering Ab.

You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable trademark law.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
